There is only one week to go until community groups and individuals take centre stage to sell their case for why the East West Link should remain just a poorly conceived and badly researched plan.
It is important that all 190 submissions impress the panel and with the sort of detailed arguments that they are looking for. This is a big ask for many people who have never had to defend their homes and communities through such a process in the past.
Fortunately there is help at hand and clusters have been formed for each suburb and set of interest groups so people with experience can help make the most of the 10 minute slots. Coordination, experience and tailoring your presentation to the time limitations will assist.
