Towards the end of day #1, the LMA representative (Morris) tabled a series of maps which showed where all of the people who made submissions lived. His comments were delivered in a very dismissive attitude which devalued the submission makers. For example, 10 people near collingwood station made submissions, and he suggested there must be an activist living there. I found the attitude offensive, and the fact that community submissions had been analysed geographically disturbing. The implication was that the most of the people who made submissions did so out of self interest.
